Deck & Porch 360 Tour

My partner Kyle Maulucci and I built three 360 tour experiences for Chapel Hill Construction in collaboration with Trex decking to market their deck and porch features. This tour consists of two scenes — a screen porch view and a deck view — with added overlays to guide viewers through the project and showcase specific materials and design elements. This visual aid takes homeowners through the porch design process, allowing them to completely examine examples of past work and visualize how their own porch might look.

After my partner took the photos using our insta360 camera, I uploaded them to Kuula — a web-based 3D tour platform. I then worked with Chapel Hill Construction to compile a list of features they wanted to highlight inside of the tour. I added markers around each 360 scene using the software, and created pop-up text windows for each adding the relevant information without cluttering the scene.
