Full Real Estate Shoot

One of the services my team and I provided through Avium Oculus was a full real estate shoot for new property listings around the Triangle Area. Ying Zhu —An agent from Millhouse Properties — reached out to me from a refferal, and mentioned that she needed shots taken at the end of the week to post the listing the following Monday. My partner Kyle and I sprung into action and arrived with our equipment the next day.

We used a Sony A7iii mirrorless camera, an IPhone 14 Pro, and the DJI Phantom 4 Pro V2 to capture wide angle shots of each part of the property. I edited the photos in Adobe Lightroom, and used Pixelmator to add titles and markers to the high-up drone shots — like the one on the right. Ying mentioned that the natural lighting of the home was a problem, so we brought a lighting kit to ensure that each shot would be exposed properly and make the home look as bright as possible.

We ended up delivering 43 edited photos of the property in under 24 hours after completing the shoot. The listing went up on Monday of the following week as planned, and they closed on the home that Thursday. Check out more shots in the gallery below.
